NuTech Solutions, Inc. (N.C.), a North Carolina corporation, was founded in 1999 with a mission to develop truly dynamic technology solutions that could not only predict what’s coming next, but intelligently learn and adapt.

In 2008 NuTech Solutions, Inc. (N.C.) was acquired by Netezza Corporation, a leading developer and manufacturer of data warehouse appliances.

In 2010, a new Delaware corporation not affiliated with NuTech Solutions, Inc. (N.C) or Netezza Corporation acquired a license to key technology and associated intellectual property developed over the past 10 years by NuTech Solutions, Inc. (N.C) and also acquired the trade name NuTech Solutions, Inc., under which the company now operates. In November 2010 IBM Corporation acquired Netezza Corporation and became the licensor of the technology that NuTech Solutions, Inc. has licensed.

NuTech Solutions’ technology and associated intellectual property are the product of 10 years of customer engagements that were staffed by world-class scientists and software engineers with expertise in evolution strategies, complexity science, data mining, modeling, and simulation.
